Beautiful car I love it but how do i open it?

If you want to import this car into nr2003, simply drag and drop the .tga file into the exports_imports file in the Nascar Racing 2003 Season folder. If you would like to edit this car or use it for something else, i recommend getting GIMP or simply converting the file. (would recommend using convertio.com )
