Couldn't find the mountains from Earnhardt Jr's Coke car he ran in the 1998 Japan race anywhere, but I am no web surfer so I wouldn't be surprised if I missed some.
I took to taking pictures of my 1:24 diecast of the car and tracing it digitally.
