Over the days following the release of the track, I have pieced together an update after doing a bunch of testing.
-Made the pitstop entry smooth by:
1. re-recording pit0.lp
2. adding more sections as "apron before pits"
3. modifying ini values relating the the pit stop, and
4. making the wall near the pit entrance thinner.
-Made the AI go off the jump as intended by:
1. setting "ai_decel_modifier" to 8.0, and
2. re-recording race.lp with a flat version of the track so they go full throttle off it
-Added shadows to the pit stop tunnel
-Reduced the "default_event_laps" to 50
-Set both sides of the track segments touching each other as "open", so cars can go to the other side
