This includes two mips one for the flagman and one for the pit official.
Installing the pit official mip also changes the fuel can to have a Sunoco logo on it.
Installation
------------
To install the series_flagger.mip that is in the Flagger File place it into the folder of the
track you want it to appear on.Example: (Papyrus/Nascar racing 2003 season/track/atlanta)
To install the series_flagger.mip that is in the Pit Official File place the MIP into the objs folder
inside your nr2003 folder. Example: (Papyrus/Nascar racing 2003 season/objs)
