The first Carset that I planned out for the NCS22, this collection of schemes is based around the Victory Lap promotion that Winston and NASCAR ran in 2003 due to Winston's departure from the sport.
How Ratings work: Drivers who have a single championship will have their rating based on their championship season (Rusty with his '89 Ratings), while drivers with multiple championships have their rating based on the last championship they won (Dale Sr with his '94 Ratings as a 7-Time Champ)
