Sometimes it's hard to keep up with the many upgrades, improvements and changes tracks make from year-to-year. Yes, we just updated Monadnock Speedway in 2020 for NR2003. However, we just couldn't ignore performing another quick update to it once again to reflect the nice upgrades they made to the facility since the end of the 2020 racing season.
Here's a list of the new things we've added since our 2020 Monadnock day and night versions:
• Added the Monadnock Speedway logo painted on the track beneath Victory lane.
• Added "Monadnock Speedway" painted on frontstretch wall.
• Added the 2 new grandstands erected in the RV and camping area behind turns 3 and 4.
• Added "WONDER CASINO" painted on turns 3-4 wall.
• Improved the night shading of buildings and objects.
• Improved the night environment.
• Added and/or changed a few minor immersion details.
The track still features the same great PST detailing, A.I. and baseline setups as the 2020 Monadnock tracks, so all of the "Fun Factor" is still there, but now you'll enjoy the very same immersion and graphic surroundings the track features in 2021!
I also want to thank my friends Ben Althen, Mike Ehresman, Ian Smythe and Wayne Anderson who have all made significant contributions to this project and many other PROJECT: Short Track offerings over the years. And as always, PLEASE be sure to read the CREDITS README file provided with the track for important info on getting the most enjoyment out of it.
