This is Spencer's Test Course, a fictional track located in southern Yokohama, Japan, that appears in the 1999 video game Racing Lagoon. Formally, it was built by the auto parts company WON-TEC, but the owner of a local tuneshop, Spencer, claims ownership of the track. It is a 10-turn road course measuring at 2160 meters (1.34 miles) in length. It is a simple course with turns that flow from one to the other, and should be easy for anyone to get the hang of, as long as they know which pedal is which.
The track currently fits a field of 36, and I feel like there isn't much I would do to consider it complete. Just a few more buildings here and there and a large flat 3d object with my grass texture on it.
Credit to Papyrus, as well as the maker(s) of Clubman Stage Route 5, Sawmill 2003, and Twin Ring Motegi Super Speedway for 3DOs and MIPS used to make this track.
