Hello, if i want to how i can make a 3D modification on a mod for NR2003, if i don't like something on(in) the car or else how can i do that, and import it back into the game? Can i do that with blender or do i need a specific software?

Can i use the app Race Track Builder to create a track in NASCAR2003, and if so, how to import it in the game if it's possible, or is it possible only with the Sandbox?
