That E Type may just surprise us all, I've been running test races most of the day to get this car selection worked out, I'm happy with the findings, some tracks favor one car and the next track favors another...
The set looks like this at present...
Kunos Shelby 427 Cobra Roadster
Legion Shelby Cobra 289 Hardtop
Legion Shelby Daytona 289
Velo Jaguar E Type Lightweight
Mickstix Chevrolet Corvette Stingray

=They all race well together, with some great back and forth battles, the Cobra Hardtop and Daytona are probably the weakest overall.
=The Vettes favor differing tracks but are universally strong.
=The Cobra 427 is bad fast at some tracks but was bringing up the rear at others.
=The Cheetah is the hardest to quantify, it will beat the pants off most of the others in a drag race off a slow corner, and is very strong down long straights, it's weakness seems to be esses.
=The Jaguar is the strongest mix I feel. It has great straight-line speed, is very stable in esses and sweeping turns, it doesn't play well with others though and can't be trading fenders with a Vette Roadster...which is what it ends up doing if the track gets narrow and it gets off it's footing with curbs....
=The Corvette Roadster is more stable than the Stingray I think, I think it's easier to get out of shape in the Stingray, but it is very fast in long open field running...
=The Cobra Hardtop is very stable, not quite as quick as it's 427 kin, but it is the car to have in a fight I'd say. The Daytona is much the same way and maybe a tad quicker than the 289 hardtop.

The first practice session is up on the server if you want to test various cars to make a decision on what to drive...Riverside Spike, that ought to make everything feel new and sexy for you!

I forgot to mention that there are a couple of each type of car on the server if you want to test online...
Hi guys, I work till 6 pst this Tuesday. I don't know if we are still doing heat races, but I will try to make the second one if we are. I really like the Daytona 289. I have always liked the gulf colors, but I was thinking of a reverse color scheme.
It's pretty good, they're all handfuls, I could have gone either way between the Daytona or Cobra hardtop.
Ok I'll get a sweet #64 orange and blue gulf scheme done up for you, Paul.
What nights might be e better for you?
With the way these handle, the saying, "the more the merrier" will find new depths of truth!
