Well, since the 2007 cup05 project on FaceBook sort of ground to a halt, I have decided to release my paints in car packs, similar to what @Thunder98 does. These will contain a mix of Real and Fictional cars.

Today I'm embarking on yet another big project, going with a 2006 NASCAR Nextel Cup Series carset for the Splash and Go 2005 up mod. I will be keeping the files in personal storage in the event of a computer failure, so this should not end up like my last major projects.

Scott Wimmer's 2006 car. Wimmer had a best finish of 19th at Bristol early in the year, DNQ'd for 5 races including the Daytona 500, and started only 23 races before he was released after Kansas.

Next we are gettin' Rowdy! Kyle Busch's Sophmore year saw him score 1 win at New Hampshire, and finish 10th in the points, avoiding the dreaded sophomore slump.

I keep taking huge breaks between posting here :/ Anyways, I've been working on personal templates for the NNC07 mod that are a lil' bit more accurate than the originals. This primarily includes different noses for Short Track/Roadcourse, Superspeedway, and Speedway.

I've never stopped painting, just haven't posted everything.

Well, about 50 cars painted later and NOTHING here over the past few month's, I'm starting back with a rainbow bang!

A new cup 2000 car inspired by Ricardo G's work he has done over the past few years, and probably the most effort I have put into trying to perfect a scheme, down to the grill tape. Everything here as seen was on the real car at one point, and is replicate to as close as I can get with the bodies(and my meager skills)

Back with more Cup2000 cars from Y2K. First is an update I maade to Jeff Gordon's car, adding black outlines to the rainbow


Next up is Terry Labonte's #5 Kelloggs Chevy. Now this car was tedious, not difficult, just tedious. It took me 9 hours to get this done, most of them involving scratch making the mascots(Tony the Tiger, Toucan Sam, and Snap/Crackle/Pop) from scratch using reference images. Include one total restart after a GIMP crashs and I'm finally glad this thing is done.


And finally a easy number swap inspired by Buddy Bakers 1993 Talladega DNQ.
