Hauler (truck) reflection fix??

Not a 3dsmax guru, so i need some help.........
the mental ray hauler scene doesn't show the truck reflection.....just the bump
how do i fix this?......I've tried but can't figure it out.

Looks like an issue with double sided materials, Tracy I will get with you on FB to sort it out.

It's not the floor, it's the model, soon as we get done with the community carset, I'll take a look into the model, it's most likely the inner panels like Darren said, I'll have to explode the cab, then go in and either hide them or delete them. It's not a quick fix, and one screw up and it's done.

Still exploring, i have removed the inside. Made no difference, so checking material id's now.

I need to find the absolute original scene, and start from scratch. No mental ray or brazil versions.

I have the max 9 version of the scene but it has the same problem. I also have one of Scott scenes with the 3ds in it

the 3ds would just require re applying the textures again.

I do know i have original versions on another drive, but that one got encrypted...so no access.

Problem was the cab was not set to be visible in reflections, I will send you a link to update with. I had to do it in max 2012, that is the lowest I have installed.
