how do i convert .tga to .car

I have winmip2 but i dont know how to convert .tga files to .car files?

Put your tga in the import/export folder in the game, then go into the game and select opponent managrer, import tga onto an existing car or make a new car. This question has been asked and answered 1000 times all over the net.

If you are trying to do this in winmip2, you'll have to open an existing car file of the same make, ie chevy,ford,etc, then import your tga onto that .
