MENCS19 Base mod anime cars?

Is there a way to get the base anime cars for the MENCS19 Mod? I need them for... Purposes.
What I mean is, when there's a car you don't have in multiplayer, it gives them an anime car, here's an example:

You have to use winmip to unpack and find the files associated with the generic multiplayer cars. I don't remember which ones they are but you should be able to search for how to do that in the community.
