I merged the cars from the Cup03_05 mod into a existing Corona scene and this is what happened when I tried to render. I've merged other mods in before like the CWS15 with no problems.

I also noticed the other day that when I opened the original scene from SNG and tried to use a reflective surface for the floor that the reflection on it was messed up (I don't think I have a pic of that any more or I'd post it).

I was wondering if you guys have any idea what could be causing it to do this and if there's any suggestions you have for me to try.

It was saved as a jpeg. I'll try the bmp though and see what it does after I get back from running somewhere.

You'll need to get down to the element stage of parts, then either hide or delete the inside panels, they are there for the lod ingame, they do nothing for the render, Max gets confused when inside panels touch the outside panels and it doesn't know which to render.

I went through and turned off certain parts of the car and started to render to see if it was doing it or not. I didn't have the problem like in the picture above until I turned on the L1_Chevy_under part. I moved it over slightly on the X axis and at least for the shot I needed it for the problem disappeared.

I still have yet to try the other models yet.

Here's the render after I did that, I think it looks okay now:

Looks fine, except they didn't have the correct settings for the windows to show properly. To me, this looks like there isn't any glass on the car at all, and I don't know enough to fix the issue. Have the same problem with my MR scenes.

Yeah, I noticed that too. It seems like the scenes weren't quite ready when the released them, like they were rushed out. I don't think it was intentional, those kinda things happen sometimes. But I remember Cosmin posted on their Facebook page that he had to reupload them the weekend after the mod release cause some files were missing. Even after that I've noticed that there might be some window files missing still.

They also on the Pontiac and the Dodge didn't have opacity layers set up for the windows to be clear.

I wanna say though that I had a similar problem with the window net not showing up in a scene awhile back and I think I was able to fix it. I'm trying to remember how I did it but I think it was a simple change of the the material location listed in the program, that it was pointing to the wrong spot.

I'll have to see if I can figure it out. If not I may have to try and contact him and let him know about the issues I found to see if there's something to do to fix it.

EDIT: I'm thinking of trying to study the MENCup19 render files materials and do a comparison and see if there's something I can do that way. Cause they show up just fine in the scene and those were done by Hozkr (think that's how you spell it) and he's got them
working fine. Maybe there's something that can be learned from looking at what he did. Or even the trucks might give some clues.

The windows look fine here in it and the trucks are fine too:

The more I look at it the more it looks to me like there's not a windshield at all. The windows layer does say side windows, not windows. Plus as far as I can tell the settings are similar to the MENCup19 materials. To me we should be seeing a windshield and the fact that it's not makes believe it's not there.

I'm going to try and Cosmin to see what's going on with that and see if maybe it can get fixed.
