-96 team is done, basically, it will become the Jordan/Hamlin deal
-Saurez to a new team running the #99 Chevrolet, new NASCAR Team (as @Jeremy Murray pointed out)

-I'm seeing the #21 as a Cindric ride...
-Larsen to a yet to be named Hendricks car.
-Jones maybe to the #43 maybe Matty D to the #43

Lots more guys out there with no home yet...

Not yet...I think it'll be one of the Ford camp Xfinity Series hotshots, I think Cindric is the front runner for that seat

No.
Di Benedetto was 7.7 inches, one double-yellow line, 15,000 boos, and three unknown officials away from a win at Talledega. He's crossed the stripe in 2nd place three times this year.

Yeah, he certainly deserves the drive, but the thing that might kick him is that Cindric/Briscoe certainly have champion potential, and MDB isn't as sure of a bet (as much as I love him)

A bit of a reminder for everyone- the second Spire car still isn't filled for 2020. Nobody seems to have mentioned it since Leavine left.

Please ignore the potato, it's been leased to the #99 and Trackhouse

It still sounds like they will have 2 cars next year. It's sounding like they had bought another charter and that's why they decided to lease one out as they only need 2, not 3.

What that charter is that they bought nobody knows. The rumors I saw today said it was possibly the 37 charter but that's kinda surprising to me. I figured JTG would stay a two car team but maybe Kroger is scaling back to one car next year.

Random Questions:

Am I ridiculous for thinking that the Hamlin/Jordan team is going to be numbered 23?
I honestly don't see why this team would be anything else. The amount of existing hype for this is insane. There are still kids walking around shopping malls in Jordan 23 Bulls kits, more than 20 years after he threw a ball into a peach bucket.

Also, Stenhouse is on a two year contract with JGD also that's #47 filled; but I don't see who that they could get who will do any better than Preece in #37.
- Ty Dillon is a step backwards?
- Daniel Hemric is at JR Motorsports and I think that he'd fill a Hendrick #88 before he'd take a JGD car.
- Corey LaJoie?

Also, isn't Chase Briscoe's most logical jump from #98 in Xfinity to #14 in Cup? That would mean that Bowyer goes from #14 in Cup to the TV booth.

-The 99 is a third charter from Spire that is being leased, it is unknown for sure where the charter came from but rumors are that it is JTG. That does not necessarily mean that JTG won't stick with 2 cars.
-23 seems a likely number for the Jordan car, but nothing is set in stone, it could also be a number that is somehow close to Denny Hamlin or they may just pick a random number.
-MattyD is staying with the 21. Cindric is slated to run the 21 in 2022 but will make his Cup Debut in 2021 with Penske (part time). It is unclear what exactly that Penske car will be but I am assuming it will be a 4th Penske car, probably 02 or possibly 77 (if spire changes numbers), since they have used those in the past. It is also possible that someone will leave Penske next year, but I doubt it.
-While it is unlikely that the 4th Hendrick car will be anything other than the 88 next year, I agree with Jeremy that the alternative would be the 5. Though I will point out that Hendrick has used the 57 before as well. Hendrick doesn't seem to be a guy that is married to any particular number. If he was, I don't think he would have let the 5 go.

Kenseth said he most likely wouldn't race in 2021, but I think Kenseth to the 96 would a good fit. but that's fantasy

realistically I think Jones to the 43 and someone like Ty Dillon to the 96
