No.
25-year-old Briscoe will drive the No. 14 Ford from the 2021 season and replace Bowyer, who earlier this month announced he is retiring at the end of this year and moving to the Fox Sports broadcast booth next season. The 41-year-old has raced full-time at Cup Series level since 2006, winning 10 times in 536 starts with Richard Childress Racing, Michael Waltrip Racing and SHR.
- Autosport, 19th Oct 2020.

NASCAR officials reinstated Kyle Larson on Monday, more than six months after his suspension for his use of a racial slur during an iRacing event.
- NASCAR, 19th Oct 2020.

14 -> Chase Briscoe
43 -> Erik Jones - more than likely (says Adam Stern on Twitter)
5 -> Kyle Larson - probably? maybe?

Ty Dillon... guys? Yo?
32 - Go Fas?
76 - Spire?

No.
Spire have #77 and a second unnumbered charter.

I doubt that car would be #78; because Truex' championship is still in the memory of people. #78 is nominally run by BJ McLeod anyway.
#66 is MBM, #88 might be Hendrick if they don't vacate it, most of the other end digit 7s are taken.

#76 is probably the best tie in number.

You mean the charter they leased to Trackhouse?

Nope.

“Spire Motorsports has secured a third NASCAR charter and will lease a charter to Justin Marks and his organization, Track, as they endeavor to compete in the NASCAR Cup Series next season,” said Spire co-owner T.J. Puchyr. “Spire currently remains committed to operating a two-car team in 2021"
- Racer Magazine, 7th Oct 2020.

#99 - Trackhouse - Daniel Suárez

#77 - Spire - Reed Sorenson (who the heck knows??)
#?? - Spire - second charter.

Spire bought its second charter from Leavine Family Racing in August, and has since acquired a third for 2021 but its origin has yet to be disclosed.
It was that third charter that Marks was able to lease from Spire to start his team next year.

- Star Tribune, 9th Oct 2020.

The most obvious place is Petty Ware/Rick Ware Racing; since Germain's went to Hamlin-Jordan (#23 likely).

How much truck does the Rogmeister have?
If he's looking to get some starts for Austin Cindric in 2021, then a 32 Mustang is as good as any right?
