No.
Spire have told the press that they are already in possession of three charters.

One they owned. One they bought from Levine. One which they hadn't disclosed where it came from. (see page 6).

The most obvious place is Petty Ware/Rick Ware Racing; since Germain's went to Hamlin-Jordan (#23 likely).

If BJ McLeod/Tift bought their second from Go Fas, then no additional facts change.

StarCom Racing had already sign Houff for 2020 and 2021. They don't need to be part of any charter tracking story at all.

True, I always forget about Petty Ware because they just run at the back and/or park after 25 laps every race

Edit: I initially speculated that that Spire charter was Go Fas, but that's gone to BJ now

Re Larson #5.
Why does anyone think that they're going to resurrect the 5 which was previously used on the car and not some Aachen font derivative like they use on the rest of the suite? Byron's, Bowman's, and Elliott's are all Aachen.

Are we going to see some kind of Dominoes #11 next year?

I get it... just saw the Denny Hamlin - Dominos commercial on TV... Little girl thinks Denny is wearing PJ's, he he is wearing his Drivers suit... I guess I should have clicked on the link. LOL

Corey LaJoie to #77 at Spire?

Ryan Ellis to #32 at Go Fas half of the time; with Cindric at Go Fas/Penske half of the time?

Lajoie is apparently a done deal.

That leaves seven seats which will have full time drivers (assuming Rick Ware go on their usual rotation spree):
#00, #34, #37, #38, #78, #96 and the second Spire which will henceforth be called #TBA.

#00, #34, #38 and probably #37 are likely to have drivers renewed.

Who goes elsewhere?
Kaz Grala has suggested on Instagram he can get a ride if he has sponsorship. I'd place him at TBA- a 'veteran' and a junior seems like a good pair for Spire.
I'd say that #78 probably is either shared by McLeod and his Xfinity drivers (Bilicki and Smithley) or goes full time to one of the latter.
The #96 is open- could be any of the Toyota juniors.

Edit: We can add in two part time cars- #32 and probably #02. #02 is Cindric confirmed, I wouldn't be shocked to see him get some #32 starts too.
Edit 2: Who, what and why is a Ryan Ellis?

Why is everyone assuming that Larson's car will use the same 5 device that was used from Labonte's 1994 car onwards and not some variation of the Bodine 1984 number, or an Aachen derivative?

It's because that is the Hendricks #5 look... I don't see it changing. :)

I think this only leaves:
2 - Front Row
1 - Spire
3 or 4 - Rick Ware... depending on where the heck Spire's charter came from

McDowell is almost confirmed for a FRM seat... who partners him?

In other news, RWR teased a 'former Daytona 500 winner'. There are many questions:
Just for the 500 or the whole season?
Also, who is it? (Early running suggests Derrike Cope, as the other most logical contender (Trevor Bayne) was met with a 'don't count on it' by RWR
