Suggestions on a Good Flashdrive

Folks,

It's become that time again, my current flashdrive is write-protected, probably as a result of using carviewer religiously, and saving card.bmp's over and over again. While I hold out hope that I can get this issue fixed, and get back to using my old flashdrive, does anybody have suggestions on flashdrives that they have used?

I have used emtec and Microcenter flashdrives for years with no problems.

I have an external HD made by Toshiba which has performed great.Also have a HP external HD which works very well too.
