Most of those Contingencies are slightly incorrect for '98. So it's a hard one to guess correct.

But gonna say Dale Sr.
I guess it wasn't that hard because you are correct!

I don't think there's a mid-to-late 90s contig set sheet out there, so Ive been using the 1999-2002 sheet from the Cup2000 mod with a mixture of logos I've found in my research of older versions of logos and from the 1987 iRacing templates for the 1990s comtig sets to try and get as close as possible.

If you want some '98 conts, let me know. ;)

With the retro stuff, you may need to create your own stuff as most sets may not be out there. I went back and did one by one with ones I had saved over the years, scans from others and stores/ebay/worth point photo etc.

** at the time off posting these, I did in fact have the wrong 'racecar' decal from '03 (IIRC) it was a different font used which I corrected on my '98 rides.

Internet cookie to the first person who can name the driver this contig set is based on.

Hint: There is some slight variation on where decals are located (and a different MCI World decal entirely) compared to the real life car.
Where do we get those wheels

Just a small quick suggestion, once you get these all set just how you like it then I would group all the ones along the door into 1 group layer (or smart object) and then rotate a couple of degrees forward. right now they appear as if they are leaning backwards slightly. Unless that's the look you were going for, then in that case, carry on the fun work.

I was using an image of Dale's '98 Daytona 500 car for the contigs, though it was a smaller image so I might've missed a couple details. If you don't mind sending your set over, I would be willing to make a couple adjustments! I should note that in my league's in-universe lore, the series decal didn't go through as many changes and revisions throughout the years, mainly due to the abridged nature of it's existance compared to the NASCAR Cup Series.

It might be the angle that I had the car positioned in making them look like that. When I went to double check in CV, they didn't look like they were tilted backwards. It could just be me though, so I'll still try it to see how that looks. I'm currently more focused on trying to make the fender contigs look decent with their rotations considering the warping of the nose section on the templates.

I appreciate the series name! ;)
Thank you! I didn't want to use real life cigarette brands for series or car sponsorships due to personal reasons, but I still wanted to keep it in theme and realistic to the time period, so I figured i would come up a fictional brand name to act as Winston, and Clayton was the result. It's been a couple of years since I did the series title sponsorship history (which is when I came up with Clayton), so I forget the exact reason I settled on it...... Part of me wants to believe I settled for it since that was the name of the villain from the 1999 Disney animated Tarzan film, but I'm pretty sure that wasn't the original reason lol.

Babe, are you ok? You've barely touched your 2005 Pontiac Grand Prix that is definitely not a Charger bodyCarView 7_8_2022 8_35_07 PM.png
Can't put it up due to not feeling it's up to the site's quality standard, as well as using mostly parts from the existing SNG03-05 templates, but if you really want it that badly, shoot me a PM and I'll see what I can do.

NICE! I don't think I've seen this car made before. The Bill Elliott McDonalds special scheme cars tended to be a pain to recreate.

I'm kind of nerding out a little
