Trying to install a .mip...

I'm trying to install a windshield mip for a Cars reenactment called bottom.mip. However, when I think I have it set up, the windshield doesn't appear on the cars!!! If someone knows how to fix this, please say. Thanks!!!!

Ok it shows up for me did you take the Lightning_McQueen button out of it's sube folder and place it in your cup folder

The lightning mcqueen one shows up, but I don't like the red. Is there a way to change that?
