I start to use Zmodeler2 and I will use this thread to have some help if you're agree with that :)

My first question is how to switch between wire/solid mode ? In the online help of Zmodeler2 they sayit's possible on dummy, so when I try to convert chevy_body in a dummy, the body disappear and I have a little cube instead ...

Where am I wrong ? I really want to hide the wire on my texture

I don't know much about zModelers2 all the scenes for NR2003 are in zModelers 1.7b
If you would like to have it PM me All of the zModelers 1.7b scenes I have posted are at TMS and Bill has some there also

I have the 1.7b too cause I download it before seeing the 2 is out, but I don't open it, I will take a try on it, perhaps it's more simple.
I would be happy to have some scenes for sure, if I find how to do a render out of the program :D

I'll PM you

The only to do a render with zModelers 1.7b is to hit print scene on your key board then past it in your paint porgram crop what you want and save it

Thanks a lot and more !

I have already download the Tutorial on TMS by Billy1947 and with those I think I'm ready to make my own scenes !
About the chevy file for Zmod on TMS, interior.bmp is corrupted, and no BMP for the tires, you know where I can find them ? I will post soon my last car with a Zmod render so you can see what I mean.

And for youtube tutorial it's to difficult for me cause english isn't my native language and I prefer read texts than watch videos, on video sounds not always so good, I don't understand all words and its too fast for me.

my read and write english better than I speak it ... sorry I'm french x'D

The one at TMS is for zModelers 1.7b not for zModelers 2
It works in Zmodeler2, but it's not in Zmodeler the problem, I can't extract interior.bmp from the archive, windows explorer refuse to do it and 7zip say interior.bmp is corrupted :/

About my first question I can give an answer .

Zmodeler 2 gave two views who provide the render :
- Perspective : Render with the wires
- 3D : Render with no wire

So to have the no wire view you can use the 3D view and in bonus to have this view in full screen you can select in the top menu :
View/Layout/Create Floating Viewport ... it pop up a viewport and you can extend it to fit your screen size.

Personally I prefer Zmod2 cause it auto update maps when the file is modified, also all the scene made for the 1.7 version I tested work perfectly in Zmod2
