So now that most of the bugs have been worked out (after many, many hours of pulling my hair out) I'm wondering what to load up on the server?

Well, how about something so similar to the CART1998? Like the Tatuus F4?

On some pure North American tracks?

Working list:
Road America
Riverside (Short probably...???)
Lime Rock
Sonoma
Mid-Ohio
Watkins Glen
Portland
Suggestions?

Thanks again guys for the help. I will be trying to get in on some more events in rF2, and see how it goes. You all seem so chill and laid back, which is very nice for a change. I do love sim racing but the quirks of online the past 5 years has turned me into an AI and hot lap guy. I feel that you have returned my faith!

And that's exactly why we do things the way we do, all of us have had those experiences with on-line racing.

Thanks, Dave, yep Zoom is all about chill attitude, ain't no room for killer 'tudes and hardcore racers that just want to pummel others...we just want to have some fun race a bit and laugh at each other when we get braggy...

Honestly, I had that same experience with online racing it turned me off completely, I found Delta Sim Racing and think they are pretty good as far as great guys having fun...

I came to the point though that I wanted to rent a server space to run and try and get the painters to get back on the track as many of us have drifted away from actual racing, so far it's coming along nicely

Still working on the Mick Mobile... here's a WIP shot or two...

OK there's only one...I've since resized the Valvoline on the sides, change a few color points, (one is rather major since we are seeing a few red cars popping up) new screen grab coming soon...
