Proposed schedule
Riverside Short
Autoclub RC
Willow Springs
Laguna Seca
Sonoma
Watkins Glen Boot w/Bus Stop
Lime Rock no chicanes
Road America
Mid-Ohio no chicanes
COTA
Road Atlanta

45 minute race (1 per track)

Thoughts?
If there are not enough racers to fill the field and use ai....What do you set ai at, and aggression? Just curious, as I did a 110% ai and 45% agr and it was a total wreck fest.

We skip the Q session and let the ai start in front of all of us, it's a random position for all of us so it is what it is, each track has it's own challenges and the races are long enough to allow for us to get through them if we are able, Note we don't make them so tough that they can run off from us, which they can easily do at some tracks, especially if they are being bullies.

I set the server up to run the specific week track so the practice can be minimal on race day as folks all have schedules they need to mind. There is no fooling around with anything in the track that makes offline practice unproductive, so keep that in mind.

We try to keep things pretty loose at this point because we are still learning many of the ins and outs of running some of these sims in an online server. So not a lot of concrete to deal with yet.

Things you may need to give your attention to before we run...
10 Real names only on the server. Changing that in Steam can be an interesting task but we can give you some help on TeamSpeak as needed.
2] If you go on the Zoom Racing server it's advisable to also be on the Zoom TeamSpeak Server so communication is much more easily done. Soon it will be manditory to have BOTH ears and a mic so things go more smoothly on race days and otherwise. (TALKING TO YOU: Johnny and Tom Daven!) GET A MIC!
3] All the tracks will be either linked or uploaded to the Zoom TeamSpeak File Browser so we can avoid long waits as the server fills in your content, which is a very slow process.

Probably a lot more but that's a bunch for right now...and I have some painting to do tomorrow...:)

I gave my real name in 'real name' location on steam, or does that need to be profile name? As long as I'm on time, or early I can get Teamspeak Zoom set up with PW's when we get there.

I don't think I could even have a mic even if I wanted to as I don't think the laptop has enough USB ports for it.
I have to use one for the controller, one for the mouse and also one for a keyboard because the xcv keys are completely buggered after an Irn Bru related accident.

2015 Laptop probably already has a mic built in? Just need to setup a "push to talk" key (in teamspeak) so it doesn't feedback the racing sounds all the time.

* and we're not asking that members have a mic to talk constantly.. Just being "available" to answer yes/no could be fine.

Tom I don't like having to be "this guy" but a mic will soon be MANDATORY to participate. Things just don't go as well when folks are not able to respond immediately to situations on the track. What went down with you in the VTCC is proof of that.

Get a mic!

Holy Crackers!!!!! That's awesome!!!!! Where do I pick it up at? And how much do I owe you?
If you like you can make ZoomRacing as big as you want and StunrodRacing too if you have a decal for it. I'll use this livery everywhere so you get as much props as possible.......Thanks again Bill, just so cool!
