I'll look up the specs and give you feed back, one thing you could do is switch to obs studio, it uses less resources then slobs and is just as easy to use. You don't need to have a ton of extra stuff to stream, you've seen mine, you'd be surprised how little money it costs, and how few extra programs I use.

What I've learned over the past 3 years of stream, from personal experience and listening to other streams is that AMD is not the best when you're only using 1 pc to stream and game, if you're using 1 pc to game and 1 pc to stream especially using a cap card then AMD can handle the demand. If you skim threw my stream from last night, you'll see how different sims play and stream on my system.

Stream is just all choppy, it's skipping frames etc. stuff like that, I can send you my settings if you'd like.

Next question, are you using all 8 of your cpu's?

How can I tell if I'm doing that? Is that on the BIOS?

it's in system configuration, boot, advanced options. This is were you go every time Windows does a major up-date and knocks you back down to 1 cpu, you can also tell your pc to us all it's ram here.
