I'm awe struck! Your talents have no bounds. Perhaps the most innovative and detailed mod ever created for NR2003. This brings the capability of this sim to a whole new level. 
I guess I should mention this. If you use the default templates to make your own manufacturers you are free to distribute (with credit of course Armory Digital Designs for the base section of the template). The default ones are meant to be shared as long as the manufacturer pieces you add/create to them are your own works and not reused assets from any of the official ones. For example if you want to make your own version of the Pontiac G8 you can as long as the headlights, grill, etc etc are not the same pieces from the official ones I created.
For all the car painters out there still using PSP9 or older paint programs, there are new PSP9 user friendly templates being uploaded as we speak. I'm sorry I missed this when converting the psd templates over to psp.
I've always thought there was more to NR2003 than we've seen, thank-you Mystical for proving that! Fantastical work! NR2003 may never be the same!
I hope that Mystical upload the psp9 templates becouse I can not open the others

Not official post-launch content but if you had an older version of paint shop pro and the newer versions were not working all of the templates now include an optional link to download all of the templates in one pack for PSP9:

This mod is amazing, I've been painting cars ever since the release and I feel bad that I haven't really raced with it yet. So many customization options, it's addicting.
Well if it makes you feel any better I've never done an 'official' race with my own mod either lol. One day I will get to it once I paint my series cars. I had several people help test the mod that did the real racing for me in development and reported back any issues. I did many many laps with the mod but not official racing they they helped out with.

Thank you for an excellent mod. I had to turn the structures shadows off, in order to have 42 cars on the track or the game crashes.
I had a great race going on at Atlanta 80s track till I got loose off turn 4 and caused the big one and took out half the field.

The files you download include multiple formats so users can open the templates in their paint program of choice. Also these templates are much larger in resolution and include many paintable layer choices.
