I'll be your friendly uploader for any new WCR tracks, at least until the guy runs out of steam. Not my works, just happened to run into him walking a dog last fall... used to be a trackmaker over a decade ago. A bit of an eccentric, he hasn't touched a computer or the interwebs since 2010-11ish if i remember correctly. I lent him a 17yr old box last winter and Hooligan Haven was born.
He seems to be sticking to an Americana theme as the next track is an 1/8 mall oval coming very soon.
