There are some images of the car on ebay that might help.

Thanks for trying to help. I used several images like this from eBay that appeared in Google image search results to make the paint, and used a reverse image search engine to find the highest resolution possible versions of two of the Elvis images used on the real life car. As for the image of Elvis on the car's right side, using TinEye to identify the image didn't work, likely due to a combination of the image being too vague/less common/circulated or too low quality/resolution to pick it up. I've decided to use a substitute that I thought looked good enough for now though.

The newscaster (and studio background behind her) is a 41 frame animation. The chyrons are tied to a totally different object so they can be changed per track as needed. This one displays whenever the caution comes out. This screenshot was taken in Sandbox.

There is another videoboard like this, and depending on whether or not the caution is an actual caution or a fake caution/stage(d) caution, the caption can be interpreted sarcastically -- as if the guy being interviewed here is actually watching the race instead... his animation comes from this obscure as hell RTS called Blackchain;

That's pretty cool. I had been recently thinking of creating a slight Harvick fictional using his white base/red trim (like his 1st Atlanta win), except keeping the black numbers (from his first start at Rockingham).
