The PWF 2003 Homestead had a curious feature: the concrete second groove. This led to poor AI racing and speeds which far exceeded real life. Furthermore, according to the PWF README "the AI's primary balance is for the Trans Am mod" leading to poor AI performance with the NASCAR physics types.
This update aims to resolve these issues and make the track drive like the other default tracks in the game while aspiring to retain the "spirit" of the PWF release.
