This is my impression of solar effects for NR2003.
2 sun textures, 5 flares, 2 rainbow rings, and a texture that imitates a dirty lens are all included along with a "sunfx.txt" with information on what every value stands for. (Do not delete "sunfx.txt".)
If your framerate is affected by the solar effects, a lower quality, "LQ", variant is also available.
