Instructions:
-To install just simily drop the "2014 Rules Package V2.exe" file into your NR2003 directory and launch it!
-Use with any .cts physics
-Almost all default fast setups should now work fine.

(V2.2)Updates
-Balenced the aero out better so that the car doesnt get so un settled on corner entry but will still snap if you over drive the entry

-Edited the garage settings so the wing angle is defaulted to 50 and can only be ajusted between 45-50, this also affects the ai so you dont need to worry about updating the tracks fast setup anymore!!!(the car is still pretty tight with the wing at 50 so i recommend you experiment with this)

-Completly reworked downforce which should be much much much more realistic
-Fixed the engines rpm2 value being considerbly to low
-Slightly ajusted Dirty Air

-Cars now make approximately 865hp and rev to 9500rpm
-8 inch spoiler
-Gen6 weight, wheelbase, suspension and more
-Attempt at implementing Dirty Air
-Most setups should be unafected just make sure to lower the wing angle in your setup to somewhere around 45-55 and to update the tracks default setup to the same thing so the ai arent super slow
