For whatever reason unknown to man, the 2017 Chase Elliott NAPA scheme wasn't already on here... UNTIL NOW! From 11:00 am yesterday morning to 5:41 pm yesterday evening I worked my ass off doing two versions. The paint scheme version, and the base version (uploaded immediately before). Every single part of the design I did BY HAND. A lot of time and effort went into this, so please enjoy! When putting this into NR, put it over the base Chase Elliott car that comes with MENCS2017, as this is much more accurate to the real car.
