Just started a new season for Truck, Xfinity and Cup using AutoStages. Has totally changed my driving strategy and has made the game so much more fun to play. Awesome Work! Thank You!
I love 3v and I am simulating the 2024 Season in Cup with it, Great work!
This is really cool but I do have one observation when it comes to racing against the AI. Seems to me that the AI will not know that there are stages involved....so....it seems like I would be able to pit early and before the stage ends and just cheese the AI every time or at a minium the AI would have their pit strategy completely ruined because they internally will not factor stage racing. just a thought on this .

The AI was programmed 14+ years before NASCAR moved to stage racing. There's no way to change the AI's pitting behavior for now. Great point, though! Gotta use the honor system to keep it fair. For anything less than 25% race length, I like to use 2x wear to bring the pit windows closer to the stage breaks. Anything above that, I keep 1x. Maybe try playing around with that to suit your needs.
What we just needed, thanks
I cant seem to download it. it comes up as a .part file. what am i doing wrong any info would be appreciated.
Dude! YES THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!!!!
Tried it out and its an awesome feature to have. Thank you for creating this for this game. Maybe a dumb question but is it possible to have the caution breaks but instead of the normal 3 laps its 1 lap for the caution? I saw you can turn the yellow off but id like to keep it at 1 maybe 2 laps

I may be mistaken, but I believe that would involve altering the game's base code because the computer decides exactly how long the caution periods are. For now, it looks like I'll just have to stick with the default caution lengths until we can find another solution.
Great start on keeping our game moving forward.
