Hello, are there any better ways to advertise my nr2003 online league? I've had my league for quite a while now, and its just me and my buddies but I want more people in because its kind of boring with 4-5 people each race. Any suggestions?

Yes.
First off, you've not even told me what your league is called. Or what the website is? Do you have a site? Do you have forum? Are you discord based?
What days do you race? What time do you race? What mods do you use? Are custom paints allowed? Is a there a licence system? Are there penalty points applied for race incidents?
Do you have a league FB/Twitter/Instagram? Are race photos posted after each event? YouTube uploads? Updated results? Live Steams?
If you have this.... Why should we race there? Give us a tag line... a reason to join?

My league is called NARC (National Auto Racing Championship), and I don't have a website or anything like that its all on discord.
I don't have set days, we usually run races at times that are voted on. We are currently using cup2000 but are moving to DMR cup12 next season.
We do not use custom paints even though I've been working on making it happen. There is no license system because we only have 1 division and there are no race incident stuff.
I do not have any socials for the league or livestreams/highlights.
So maybe I should start doing some of these things? My league is kind of like just a fun league but I wanted some more people in it, I didn't know I had to have all of these things.

You don't need them all or any... Make the league what you want it to be.
But if your wanting others to join, they need to know what they are signing up to, a reason to join. Also Start Times & Days the event is on do help as people have work schedules and lives.
Do you use voice/chat on your discord? So something like... "Come do some fun run racing... with light hearted chat".
