Is it possible to fix the draw distance?

This is something that's been bugging me for a while. Is there any sort of setting I can do with the graphics to set the draw distance further back? I currently have it set to 100% in the game's graphics settings and for most tracks it isn't a problem, but on some of the more detailed tracks (Daytona RC for example) the draw distance is a lot closer and almost half the track isn't visible. I'm sure my computer could handle having the whole track loaded so idk why it won't.

I have the exact same thing on quite a few different tracks. The Charlotte Roval is another one for me. I'm thinking it's just the way the game renders certain tracks. I noticed one of the Daytona revamped did it in 2007 ish, then the next or previous year version it didn't.
