Just a one off I decided to make for 1992. The 1990 set is still in progress but the Scott Waywood car from that uses an original base as the Jazz design hadn't been introduced yet. Regardless I felt the idea of a Jazz base (credit to syntxerr95 on Reddit for that suggestion) on this scheme would be a good fit. Car is not rated, so give it whatever you see fit. CTS and CUP versions are both included.
