Hello !

I took part in a 25-lap race and didn't encounter any problem. There was only one yellow. Maybe it was a bit too long.

The AI cant make a single lap without wrecking in a race. anyone else having this problem?
There could be a few reasons why this happens. First, if you are seeing crashes at the start or just before the start, try turning off full pace lap. If that doesn't work, try changing the AI difficulty percentage.

Its corner 11. every other car hits the wall. Ive tried different car sets with high consistency ratings. for the drivers. even tried the stock cup set. Nothing has worked so far. 2 laps at the most and then a full course caution comes out. most of the cars are damaged after 5 laps. oh well....thanks for the input here. I appreciate it.

Some cars pit early 4 or 5 laps into race without wrecking. Some cars pitting early were wrecked by cars not pitting. I turned down the ai_line_modifier to 0.99 which helped cars not hitting the wall. At 0.99 they scrape the wall which they did in the real race.

Fixed it. for anyone having issues with way to many cautions and crashing. Turn the track INI tire heat up to 1.00 and dial down the Line ai_line_modifier to = 0.98. I now have fewer cautions and longer green flag runs for full race distance. fewer cars crashed out too.

I agree J.R…nice but, I hope the next release has a few thing besides signage and trees corrected. There are a few overhead crossover bridges missing and it would be nice to see all the crowds in 3d like the main straight away.

It’s been a while since I’ve touched base with you hope all is well.

Yeah so the bridges was a new thing added to the new build as well as the actual race. This track was basically built awhile back when they first released it on iracing last year. so it had more of that look to it. The next release will have a lot of newer things on it since the race has been ran as well as IRacing releasing a updated video of how the layout was for the race itself

So here is an update. I was able to further fine tune the track AI with bumping up the AI grip level just a tad. I had to turn up the track tire heat a bit more and I dropped the AI line modifier to 97 . The tire heat gives the AI more grip and the line modifier allows them to race more carefully. I also increased the pacing and bunching distances to give them more room and set the AI wall offset to 20. Its just where I like now. Results may vary with each carset but this totally fixed my crash fest. the starts can still draw a caution or two but only when they are double file. good luck guys.
