I'm trying to get my new computer set up and I'm down to the JoyToKey program and I cannot get it to work. In the program I am able to map my keys but in game they do not work. My buttons I have programed in the game settings work and all the other controls work, just not the JoyToKey mapped buttons. I am running it as administrator and I tried compatibility mode as XP and Win7 but nothing changes. Any clues what else I might try?
*Edit* I have it kinda figured out. It is set to associate with my old install location. Now the problem is that I can't change the target location lol.
*Edit2* I was able to get the association changed but it's still not recognizing it.
*Edit3* I gave up, uninstalled and reinstalled, ran the exe as administrator again and somehow it works now? Go figure.
