Doing a race in a championship, none of the other entries qualify

I just started a season in the MENCS2019 mod, and when I do a race, I qualify. However, none of the other entries do a qualifying run. How can I get the other cars to post qualifying times?

When you set up the season did you click the car list to use, and said the amount of cars in the race?

That should work. make sure your list of cars is saves as 2019.lst in the opponents heading.
