editing length of yellow flag

Gentlemen, I am back in the game after many years. I can't race anymore after having my shoulder blown out in Afghanistan a couple years ago so I am running AI championships. Having fun working on tracks (some are basically unraceable due to the amount of wrecks but I saw that you can edit drafting distance which makes the cars run much better. My question is can you edit the yellow flag length at tracks?

This thread goes over how to enable the chat window when viewing races offline, which will help with what you want to do.

The track type variable in the track INI determines default caution lengths, from the most laps on short tracks to the fewest laps on road courses. However, this does factor in the track type ratings for each car.

But if you enable the debug chat, using the !yellow command after the field has been given the one-to-go extends the caution by another lap. You'll have to repeat this process if you want more caution laps, but this is how you manually extend cautions.
