I thought and researched well before putting together this topic. Long story short: I have been using my own custom formula since 2008/2009. But I got tired of it and I'm going to change it. Any suggestion? What formula do you use? I know there are several out there, but a suggestion would be welcome. Thanks...

You're right, AI_LINE_MOD is really good. I made several comparisons and it showed that my formula was very outdated, and AI_LINE_MOD has improved considerably. Thanks for the advice!
Another one that I tested a lot and found very good was Rupe Ratings V2.1.
Update: now I need patience to install this formula on my 40+ carsets...

I found this thread from your comment on my download. Are you able to share your ratings? I'm been collecting those that I found online. I think many formulas have been lost to time already... Anyway, I'm just curious about the numbers!
And yes, I hear you on the update re applying the ratings to all your carsets... If I ever update the ratings... whew it's gonna be a nightmare for me too lol.
Your formula is great! I sent a PM. I've already done 10, but it made me tired because it's very repetitive and time consuming:
unzip carset;
install formula;
check if all drivers were selected;
save;
test in game;
zip again;
check if unzip is working or got corrupted.
For each one it takes me about 20 minutes.
