PWF CTS mod won't install!

I'm trying to install the Project Wildfire truck series mod but I keep getting an error that says its unable to extract a file. I've tried admin mode, compatibility mode, finding solutions on the internet but to no avail. Can anyone help me?

What type of zip file is it??? What compression program do you use???

If you're trying to install the exe version of the PWF CTS mod you need to have the original NR2003.exe file in your nr2003 folder, it won't install if you're using a NOCD exe.
