Awesome job! Having grown up with the very first Nascar Racing, I really love mid '90s era and the 96/97 carsets are really my favorite ones!
Only one thing I would improve - just personal opinion.
The lower frame on many cars - especially on Ford ones - seems quite thick, while in real life it's around 20-30% thinner

I made a fix myself in Photoshop as you can see in my screenshot below, I think it's closer to real life.

What do you think?

If I was going for perfection, I would have modified the entire bottom half of the template's nose. The template could use some adjustments that would make it easier to adjust the nose's depth for such striping. I've also felt that the valence/riveted section of the nose was too thick, but it wasn't a priority. The rocker's are a bit too thick on the template, too. But, my goal wasn't to rework the template. It was to make something on the already existing template to take my mind off my recently deceased animal. So I didn't fret the thickness on the noses for the ease of the layers already there to edit. So sometimes a nose stripe based off the valence may be a bit thicker than in reality.

That car will actually get an update, though. I meant to take the tape off the nose of all the cars and missed that one. Also the fact that the interior should have been red I want to fix.
