Here is my 2002 carset with yours added in and a few extras that I found/was sent in the past few months.
Big shoutout to bulldozer attac, he made a few that weren't made before and killed them!
Any missing cars on my list, I have a placeholder for once we do have them so that I had a roster file for each race as well, so if you see a couple of the same cars, that's why.

I realized that kenny wallace's aaron's car was imported from nr2002, basically it was ment for the nr2002 mod, but was able to fit and look decent enough on the nr2003 cup mod, it's just the front bumper doesn't look right.
i found this detail kenseth's car, basically his default scheme with a "frame it up" logo on the hood and the decklid. As far as i know, he ran this at texas and dega spring race so i am not sure if he ran this in another track.
yeah for a couple i just imported the nr2003 file, but left it on the incomplete list so they eventually get done on nr2003. not sure why i deleted that one off the list so that was my bad, i went back and readded it as missing
that one i do have on the list, i think he started using that at bristol until about may i believe, it was made on nr2002, but not on nr2003 sadly
