Ok, here is what I came up with. I Substituted the tear effect with flames, could not tell what the yellow thig was on the hood. Could not find the same Jolly Roger so I modified what I had. Could not tell what some of the decals were so I did what I thought looked good.
I have included a TGA of the truck and the layered template so you can alter it if you like. Hope it works for you!
