Carviewer Help

I'm honestly unsure if I am putting this topic in the right section, so please forgive me if I didn't.

I am working with the Cup2000 mod for the first time, and when I try to use carviewer, there's heavy pixelation below the A-Pillar. Is there any way of fixing that?

I did initially, but I shut it off after I noticed that issue and it was still there.
