Daytona and Dega

Hi, for some reason at daytona and Talladega mainly daytona. The Ai will be going 220 while im going 199-205 mph. Im not sure why. I put the drag up and i am using a setup. I've tried alot lf things but nothing seems to work. Please help. Thanks. Also im using NR2017 exe
