Fix a car height?

Hello everyone, yesterday i downloaded a new mod AD67 and i have a problem when i start a race with the height of my car but the AI cars look normal.

That's how it looks like:

Do you guys know how i can fix that, because as you can see the tires are going through the car kinda ridiculous.
Is there a patch or something in the setting that i can try to fix it?
I tried the papyai but that's only for the AI cars, i didn't see for the one i am controlling.

The PTA physics have always had this flaw for the player's car. The Smiffsden Indycar mods compensate for this by offering special models for the player that sit higher than the AI. That's really the only thing that can be done about it as far as I know.

The PTA physics have always had this flaw for the player's car. The Smiffsden Indycar mods compensate for this by offering special models for the player that sit higher than the AI. That's really the only thing that can be done about it as far as I know.
Alright, thank you very much, if i try to use the PTA from the indy car physics on this mod will it work, or it's a model thing, and the whole mode the 3D model must be edited?

It is model specific. The car body in 3ds max needs to be moved higher than usual for the car make(s) the player would use and recompile that 3do.

While it does suck there's nothing you can do about it while racing, you can use the http://n2003replayanalyzer.martingranberg.se/ (NR2003 Replay Analyzer) to fix the ride height so the replays will look better. Nice to have if you're looking to make movies and if streaming, just use the in car cam and nobody will know better! ;-) I'm not sure if the PTA ride height 'fix' will work on the AD67 mod or not. Might have to have it installed before loading up the AD67 cars. I know that it WILL change the physics and make the car not handle the same (higher = slower).

You think it might be possible to load the 3do in a new PSG (like wheels 3do) and use the transform to adjust the height and compile a new 3do? Just a random thought that I don't think I've seen attempted anywhere.

Not possible because the make_a,3do includes all the car bodies, including whatever makes were decided to be the AI models.
