How (if it'a possible ) can i change my dashboard view(style) in NR2003

So i was wondering if there is a chance and with which program i can change my dashboard view, like rpm's to be dots and stuff like that like in a modern race car dashboard?

I could be wrong, but I feel like the only thing you can change are the mips (the images that cover the 3D models within the cockpit). The gauge needles are part of the mod itself. They don't have to specifically be needles (as seen in Mystical's ICR mod), and they don't have to be in a specific spot, but all of that is created with the mod, it can't be changed later.
