How to copy a mod and make it work

So i made a copy of MENCS19 so i could keep my 2021 cars away from the 2020 and 2019 cars. The cars are not showing in the opponent manager only the name and the numbers are Ill put a picture below so it could help

Check the file names, make sure there's no spaces in them between cup and car.......

its just like it shoud be .cup.car

Did you make the folder a "cars" folder??? is there a folder inside the cars folder??/ I guess your using the same physics.....

I did not make a car folder i took the one with the mod that i copied and there is no folders in the cars folder

I think folder screenshot is necessary to help identify the problem.
But I guess the problem is in the renaming file in copied mod folder.
Car file usually don't have issue if you have the right mods and physic. But if you have copied mods folder then renamed it you must also renaming some file in mod folder to make it work.

Make sure that the folder name is the same as your .dat file name inside that folder

For example I have folder 2021_MENCS19 and MENCS19 file inside it renamed as 2021_MENCS19.dat

Also, you should edit the content of series.def
I have there
given_name= CUP SERIES 2021
