IMSA Late '80s GTO Class

I had the Mustang, but I installed all the cars manually. Not sure that makes a difference, but..
Here's my notes, from fastest to slowest. (no setup changes, just load and go)
Camaro: Super fun, very fast, gets loose on braking.
Mustang: Fun, fast, burns front tires. Lap time will be an issue once they get hot cause it stops steering.
Celica: Fun, good overall, gets loose on brakes when tires are cold. Don't downshift too early.
Merker: Fun, good overall, heats up front tires as well. Still able to turn laps though.
Vette: Fun, not as fast, locks up brakes too easy.
Audi: Slow, easy to drive, did I mention slow. lol
I'll see what everyone else picks before I choose. Leaning toward the Merker (or whatever it's called) the XR4.

is there a place to get the celica template, I might not make any races, but if I do, I want to be able to have a slick ride to add to the collection
I was worried when I started testing the celica cause the car was loose under braking, but I turned up the brake bias and it brakes perfect, lots of fun
Nice! Hopefully setup adjustments can help some/most of the issues I noted.
I noticed in the one car that has almost no setup settings to change(forget which it was) and no brake adj. that you can change the Brake BIAS as long as you assigned it to some buttons or keys.
The vette for me had a real hard time with the 1st long sweeper corner, just did not want to hold much against the inertia there but was fine everywhere else as long as you had it slowed enough and off the brakes.
Trying to decide which, will run more laps in a bit.

I guess I'll go with the Merkur. It's very limited on setup stuff but hopefully I'll be able to keep up in it! I have a wheel and tire .dds I want to use. I'll send em' to ya.

It sometimes feels like the above when I am trying to make a Hard choice Ha. The War inside my Head!
Well, I finally felt like spending a few minutes with this. It's obvious that the Celica is probably the most "drivable" to me, but that sound! Ugh. I can't possibly imagine listening to "bumblebees in a beercan" for a whole race! So that one is out.
The Camaro could work, with some setup time, but braking is a little scary with it.
The C4 Corvette is my choice. Love the sound, and I feel like I can work with it setup wise and be as good as I will be, given my past experience with these era cars. I know I'll struggle on some tracks, but that's my choice and I'll see what happens.
